Containerization & Orchestration

Docker images and Kubernetes (EKS) clusters set up for real workloads, with Helm charts, sensible resource limits and autoscaling through HPA, KEDA and Karpenter.

CI/CD Pipeline Implementation

Pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins that test, scan and build images, then hand deployment to Argo CD so every release is a Git commit.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Terraform, or CloudFormation where it is already in place, with shared modules and separate state per environment so infrastructure changes get reviewed like code.

Image scanning in the pipeline, Kyverno policies and Pod Security Standards, so insecure workloads are blocked before they reach the cluster.

Least-privilege IAM, Kubernetes RBAC, encryption, network policies and audit logging across AWS and Kubernetes.

Cloud Cost Optimization

Rightsizing, Spot instances, log retention and Savings Plans. In past work this cut about $800 a month from Datadog and AWS, and 40% from EKS compute.
